London Office Demand Rose in the Third Quarter

Finding that perfect business space in the heart of UK’s capital is getting harder, as both rent cost and demand are significantly rising.
According to property service firms Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield, central London office lettings continued to rise in the third quarter. Cushman & Wakefield experienced a 15 per cent increase in lettings across London, with businesses not being put off by the office space cost rises.
Grade A office space has the most demand in areas such as West End, City of London and Docklands.
