Former Bank of England offices in Temple Row in Birmingham are to be redeveloped to create approximately 190,000 square feet of excellent office space.
The existing building is situated virtually on the doorstep of Birmingham’s stunning St Philip’s Cathedral and was originally commissioned by The Bank of England and completed in 1972, while the most recent refurbishment took place in 1997.
The new development is set to be a modern yet elegant 10 storey building with nearly 18,000 square feet of retail space and over 170,000 square feet of Grade A office accommodation.
